Cookie policy

This page explains the cookies and browser storage used on the Azuria Studios website.
Anonymous launcher survey
The survey collects the multiple-choice answers you select, the survey version, a random submission reference and the submission date without a time. It does not automatically attach your name, email, Azuria account, IP address or browser information to the response. An optional written-feedback field lets you share additional comments. Please do not include personal information in it; anything you choose to write is stored with your answers and visible to authorised administrators. Authorised Azuria administrators can review individual responses and combined results to help plan improvements to Azuria Launcher. Responses are stored using Supabase. We review them when the survey closes and remove them when they are no longer needed for this research.
Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated submissions on the survey page. Cloudflare and our hosting and database providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect the service; these service logs are separate from the anonymous answers. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Supabase’s privacy policy. No advertising or analytics consent is required to complete the survey. We use browser storage to remember that you dismissed the invitation, opened the survey or completed it. You can still open the survey from the footer.
Cookies and local storage
We use your browser’s local storage to remember your cookie choice and your selected colour theme. The stored preferences stay in your browser; your analytics choice controls whether the Google tag is loaded. The cookie choice is requested again after 180 days. Your theme preference remains until you clear it or change it.
The banner lets you accept or reject Google Analytics. When configured, the Google tag loads only after you accept. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled. You can reopen the banner using Cookie settings in the footer. You can remove saved preferences through your browser’s site-data settings. If storage is blocked, preferences may not persist.
Optional Google Analytics
If enabled by Azuria Studios and accepted by you, Google Analytics measures page visits, browser and device information and interactions to help us improve the site. Google may use first-party analytics cookies and process technical information, including your IP address. We omit query strings and fragments from the page address sent with the initial page view. We do not send account details or launcher data to analytics. This processing is based on your consent.
Rejecting analytics prevents the tag from loading. You can withdraw consent using Cookie settings; this stops analytics and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies. Your choice lasts up to 180 days and is requested again if the measurement ID changes. Google may process information outside the UK under its applicable safeguards. See Google’s privacy policy for its handling and retention practices.
Change your choice
