Request access to your data

To ask about access, correction or deletion of your personal information, email privacy@azuriasmp.org.

Explain what you would like us to do and which Azuria service your request concerns. If your request concerns an account, contact us from its registered email where possible. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or identity documents in your initial message. We will contact you if we need further information to verify your request.

Anonymous survey responses are not linked to an Azuria account. We may not be able to identify a particular response from your email address alone.
